  • Personal Care Aide

    We are a home healthcare company with openings for personal care aides to join our growing team. You will be helping clients with personal hygiene, minor medical needs, light housekeeping, and other daily needs as required by the client.
    To shine in this role you must have an interest in health care and the ability to work with limited supervision keeping the client’s needs as your top priority.
    Personal Care Aide Responsibilities:• Helping clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.• Reminding clients to take prescription medication.• Helping with general light housekeeping.• Making transportation arrangements as needed.• Working with a nurse, CNA, and other health care providers.• Observing and reporting on clients’ condition.• Keeping up with relevant training.
    Personal Care Aide Requirements:• High school diploma.• Reliable transportation.• Must be at least 18 years old.• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.• Must be able to provide references.• Ability to work with limited supervision.• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.• Must have good personal hygiene.• Able to do light housekeeping.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant 

    We are a growing home healthcare company with positions open for skilled Certified Nursing Assistants. As a CNA you will provide excellent care and physical support to clients on a daily basis.  CNA Responsibilities:• Providing great client care.• Providing physical support to clients with daily activities and personal hygiene, to including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.• Turning and repositioning bedridden clients.• Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions, treatment plans, and suggested activities.• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as identified on the treatment plan.• Reminding clients to take medications and nutritional supplements.• Stay up to date on CNA training and company policy and procedure.
    CNA Requirements:• State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.• Current CPR (American Heart Association).• Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff and clients  • High School graduate or equivalent.• Current identification.• Comfortable using a computer.• Excellent personal hygiene.• Must be fully covid vaccinated
